Cutoff for slat is Completely dynamic as it keeps on changing. The cutoff for clat depends on the difficulty of the examination and the number of students appearing for the exam. If you are aiming for NLU Lucknow, then I will suggest you to get at least 100 words if you have state domicile and belong to OBC category. It would be better for you if you are able to scores above 110 marks being on the safer side.

As per your rank your chances seems good to me though it is tough to make any assumptions regarding which nlu Will you get so I would suggest you to wait for the lists to come the probable options that you have depending upon previous year cut off trends that you can check in the link below it has opening and closing rank range so that will give you an idea.

With an OBC category rank of 2369, you do not seem to have any chances for admission in Any of the National Law Universities. Even if you have a domicile, then also your chances are not much for an NLU.
You can go for private colleges accepting CLAT scores for admission instead.

SO WE ADVICE YOU TAKE ADMISSION IN PRIVATE LAW COLLEGES. IF YOU WANT PURSUE LAW THIS YEAR ITSELF.

Can I get nlu sonipat with CLAT AIR 3540?

In NLU sonipat you have chances to get a seat. But after july there will be vacant seats in nlu assam, nagpur, aurangabad and shimla. First of all you should have to try for these NLU's because according to last year's cutoff they took admission upto 4600 rank and Assam upto 4000.

The cut-off is a parameter that depnds on your caste or category. The expected cut-off of CLAT is available in the website of Careers360 and when I checked it the rank should below 1,000 in order for General category to get admission in NLUs. I have got AIR 21555 and AIR SC 708 and have a domicile of UP..can I get RMNLU or any NLU
The cutoffs are different for each NLUs.There are seperate reservations also for domicile candidates in the respective NLUs.
You have secured a good rank in the SC category for admission into the private colleges participating in CLAT 2019.Regarding RMNLU,since you are from UP and have the domicile of the same you may wait for the last round of allotments.
Regarding the other NLUs you have chances for the following:-
