My AIR is 1090 for clat PG. Is there any scope to get any NLU. And what is the procedure to get admission in private universities ??

According to the merit list released, With a AIR of 1090 you can expect some NLU's such as -
- TNNLS Tiruchirappalli
- DSNLU Vishakhapatnam
- MNLU Nagpur
- MNLU Aurangabad
- NLUJAA Guwahati
- HPNLU Shimla
- DNLU Jabalpur

This year the expected cut off is high as the paper was easy so now as per your score and rank your chances are minimal of getting into a national law university though you can try in vacancies and also apply in nirma university as your back up plan it is a good institute.

Is dnlu jabalpur worth going ? I got 11574 in clay and belon to sc category of madhya pradesh. Will I get Nlu Bhopal in second merit list ?

Hello Jaivardhan,
NLU jabalpur is the newest NLUs to the NLUs. Its infrastrucutre is very good. Heard that the faculties are very experienced and some judges use to visit the campus to deliver lectures so yes it is worth joining.

Hello Piyush,
With your current score, getting an NLU seems highly unlikely. You may still take your chances with NLUJS, Assam and TNNLS, Tiruchirapalli.
You can also go for good private colleges which accept CLaT scores like KLE Law Society, Bangalore or ICFAI University, Hyderabad.

Iam sorry to say this but with this rank it is not possible for you to get into any of the NLU's,as the cutoff's for the NLU's are really very high.

You can though try for vacancies and can also apply to nirma or upes or narsee monjee as your back up plan they are really good institutes. Dear aspirant, you have scored very good marks in CLAT 2019,according to your score in CLAT 2019 in UR category, their is chances for you to get admission in NLUs. According to your score your rank is in between 120 to 150. Some of NLUs in which you can apply according to your cutoff rank are: -

The 2019 cut-off has mot been released yet by the NLUs, however, a prediction of the cut-off ranks can be made based on previous years' cut-off trends.
With a rank of 4306, you probably do not have a chance of getting any NLUs because if you consider the 2018 cut-off then the lowest rank was 1588 in MNLU Aurangabad.
The cut-off is not expected to shift much from this number. Maximum it might go to 2000 but not beyond that so you have quite low chances.
I would suggest you to look into private universities as well as you might have good chances there.
