As per your Info. If you are a S-SC candidate with AIR 17463 then you have very good chance of getting a seat in NUSRL, Ranchi. Even a S-SC student got a seat in Round 1 counselling with Rank of 21617. You can get more info at Cutoff

As per your rank and category, you won't get admission in National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi. The cut off rank is around 2000.

21.5 marks in clat ,obc rank7315.is if chance to get admission
You can not get seat in National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi with 7315 rank in OBC category in CLAT 2018. Your score is much less as well as availability of reserve seats for OBC category are also less. So you should try for some better private college.
