Hi,
Although there is no limit of attempts for NDA exams...But yes there is age eligibility criteria i.e. between 16.5 -19.5 years that should be kept in mind...And as NDA have started to conduct it's exam twice a year...So keeping everything in mind you may have 4 to 5 attempts for the NDA exam. I hope it's helpful for you.
All the very best!

Hello,
The candidates who have passed or appearing in class 12th examination are eligible to apply. As of now you are not eligible to apply for NDA. You will be eligible to apply for NDA when you are in class 12th. The age criteria is that the age of the candidate must be in between 16.5 years to 19.5 years. Candidates who have studied and passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics are eligible to join Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy. Candidates who have passed 10+2 in any stream stream are eligible to apply for Indian Military academy. The application will be released twice in a year in UPSC official website.
Now I am in class 10th and I want to join NDA and DOB 05 june 2004 so cam I appear for NDA exam
Hello,
To be eligible for NDA candidate must be between the age group of 16.5 to 19.5 years must have passed class 12th. There is no age relaxation provided to reserved category applicants for the NDA & NA examinations as per the rules set by the Union Public Service Commission. So to be eligible for NDA candidate must be born between July 2, 2004, to July 1, 2007. As you are born on 5th June 2004 and you are in your 10th you are not eligible for NDA 2022.

Sir I am studing in class 12th, And I have my term 1 exams in November and also I am prepairing for NDA 2 2021 which will be held on 14th November. Sir I just want to ask that how should I give my time to boards and nda exam, so as to get 90+ marks in term 1 and get in merit in nda exam.
Hi aspirant,
Here are some tips based upon my experiences and reviews on the schedules of toppers which can help you handle both:
- Your main focus should be on board exams as you won't be getting more chances like NDA.
- Apart from your normal studies you should give atleast 2 hours of specific time to NDA preparation which includes maximum practice of mathematics problems, reading atleast a topic from social studies and strengthening your vocabulary.
- Read a national daily newspaper for atleast 20 minutes everyday and prepare short notes for current affairs and difficult words with their meanings, synonyms and antonyms.
- You should not worry much about science as it is of 10th level only and 15 days of prior revision of formulae and important topics will be sufficient.
- Learn short tricks and formulae for mathematics to improve your speed.
- Solve past year papers weekly(full length)
Hope it helps!!

can girls give NDA exam in 2021 or they are allowed in 2022
Hello student,
Yes, girls can now take the NDA exam after the Supreme Court issued an interim ruling last week. Although the UPSC has yet to issue guidelines and other directives. However, ladies taking the NDA exam is already a reality. The judges concluded that our country's co-education policy is based on gender discrimination, and that the military would not act to address the poor gender ratio until an order was issued, so they issued an interim order allowing girls to sit for the NDA and serve the country at a young age.
Yes, girls can give exam in 2021 .So , all the best!
