Though both the colleges are exceptionally good and you can get admission in both of them, I would suggest choosing RML college over NDMC. Though RML has its college started in 2019, the hospital OPD is a lot better than NDMC so the clinical exposure will be great. The lab equipment and facilities are also better as compared to the other. Many VIP's also visit the RML Hospital for their treatment, as it is centrally located.

Even if you missed the registration process,you might get good college through AIQ counseling. Also counseling has not been started so there are chances that IP may open window for registration once again for short time.

Although you have High chance of getting Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi which comes under delhi university, last year cut off marks for girls gen category candidate was Air 6349 and 638 marks.

So you can go for this college as it is one of the best college for girls in india.

Also you may get govt seats in other states through AIQ counseling.

North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical college (NDMC) is one of the top government medical college. NDMC college is established in the year 2013 and  is affiliated to Guru Govind Singh Indraprashta University, Delhi.

It is a good college which is improving a lot as with in few years the postgraduate courses will be started in medical college in phased manner.

The separate hostels for MBBS Girls, Boys and residents are available. The new six storied Hostel Block is under construction in the premises of HRH to accommodate 100 more students.

1st of all any AIIMS college is good. For better option is always Delhi AIIMS. It's top medical college in India. NIRF rank 1. Guwahati AIIMS college is also good but delhi is the better option from it. I think you can understand which one you want to choose.

This year even IP Quota seats are being filled through All India Counselling. You haven't mentioned your Category, All India Rank and your NEET score to help you with your options. But in generic terms, you can resign from the seat and appear for Round 2 Counselling. But you might have to resign within 2-7 days. Please check the time frame once. Regarding the refund, MCC will release the list of the Candidates eligible for refund and after all the rounds of Counselling are over, the refund will be initiated to the same account the payment was made from. Congratulations for scoring such good marks in your NEET exam. The last year cut off for NDMC, New Delhi was around 5000 rank at the score of around 623. So from last year stats , Yes it's quite possible for you to get a seat in NDMC college.

But we can't say it with surety as the cut offs keeps on fluctuating every year. So it will be clear once the results are out.
