neet 2019 pwd quota cutt off rank wise and mark wise kya tha
PWD is not a vertical reservation. It is a horizontal reservation within your Category. For example, if you belong to OBC Catgeory and you have PWD reservation, then you can claim OBC-PWD reservation. It is the same for General Category, SC,ST. Now regarding the cut offs, it depends on the State that you hold the domicile of and the Category you belong to. So please do help us with these details or else, if you have appeared for NEET 2020, for a complete list of colleges that you may have a shot at, please use our College predictor: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Neet 2019 cut off for obc and college
Dear aspirant
NEET is the official entrance for students all over thr country for BPT MBBS BDS degree. To sit for BPT counselling one has to clear the cut off marks or percentile. This year's cut off has not been released yet. Generally
For general category it is 50 percentile
For Obc category it is 40 percentile
for SC Category it is 40 percentile
for ST Category it is 40 percentile 599-118
for PWD category it is 45 percentile
Minimum cut off percentile is constant but as the standard of the question paper and total number of candidates appraring in thr exam are no constant . So cut off marks vary
However approximately for general category it is generally around 120 , for SC ST OBC generally around 120 and for PWD approximately 130

You are from UR category please follow the link below to know previous year's cutoffs category wise for both All india quota and State quota. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off
It is also important to note that cutoffs also vary every year depending on several factors like the hardness of question paper, total score, total number of seats, and total students appearing in exam.
Now, according to your marks about 420, you may not have a chance in govt. medical colleges either MBBS or BDS because for general category it is quite high 550+but can try for seat in private medical colleges.
