You have not mentioned whether you have any category reservations and if you are going to try through the AIQ or State quota.

But based on previous years cutoff it looks difficult for you to get into a government college specially if you do not have any reservations.

The Karnataka examination authority, Bangalore is the competent conducting authority for Karnataka MBBS 2020 counselling. The exact dates of Karnataka NEET counselling 2020 have not been released. The registration and payment of application fees is likely to start from second or third week of November. I see you are from Haryana state and based on your rank it is difficult to get a government seat because almost in all states you should at least be under 1 lakh rank to get a government college. under the All India Quota . The highest score for government colleges of Jammu and Kashmir has gone upto 563 under the general category. Even then the last AlR rank in most of the government college is around 64000 which means a score of above 450. So seeing this unfortunately you don’t stand a chance for any government college admission in your state, sorry.

Though with 422 marks in NEET 2020 you have or haven't chances of getting a seat in Adesh Medical College, Haryana as per previous year's cut off of  Adesh Medical college . Closing rank 2019 of this college was a male candidate getting 430 marks . This was previous year's cut off , cut of may vary this year . Cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off etc.
