To cancel the seat you have to fill the Cancellation Letter given in Annexure X in Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 Information Brochure. You have to submit the cancellation letter in the allotted institute and the institute will forward the letter to the competent authority. You have to cancel the admission before the cut off date specified, if you cancel the seat after the cut off date you have to pay a penalty of Rs. 3,00,000. Original copy is the OMR sheet in which we mark the answers. And Office copy is the OMR sheet is where our roll no. and other details are verified.

No, there is no need to fill the office copy. The office copy contains your details and application number. In short, you can say that it is like your attendance sheet.

On completion of the exam, candidates must hand over the OMR Sheet (both Original and Office Copy) to the invigilator and take away only the test booklet with them.

See even if you forgot your e-mail ID then also you can login to your NEET 2021 Application form using the Login credential that you have created using an e-mail ID and mobile number. So you must be having your application number and password, you can use them to login to your NEET 2021 application form.

In the case you forgot your E-Mail ID and also your password then you have two options, either you can reset your password using OTP which you will be receiving on your registered Mobile number or you can also retrieve it using the security question.
