What you should do here is just log-out from the application window and then log-in again and then check again the payment status. If the issue persists then you should contact the assigned authorities depending upon the bank that you have used for transaction of an application fee. You need to fill the date on which you are filling the neet application form. For example, if you are filling the form today, then put today's date.

In the declaration form you need your parents signature, also need to fill your name & signature and date.
