I recieved my ews certificate dated 2 Feb 2022 . Can it be uploaded in neet 2022 registration ???And do certificate is valid as per your date on which you applied for certificate or date on which you got your certificate??

Your certificate valid is counted as per the date mentioned on the certificate and not on the date you applied for certificate or not on the date you received your certificate.
For EWS certificate to be valid for NEET 2022, it must be issued on or after 2022.
As your certificate has been issued on 2nd february i. e after 1st january 2022, so its definitely valid.

If you have class 11th marksheet then you can upload the class 11th marks however there is no requirement of uploading of marksheet and also there is no any necessity to upload the details of class 11th because it is optional.
Complete NEET UG 2022 Application process is explained below in very easy steps :-

** Then you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.

I have uploaded my caste certificate for neet 2022 registration not knowing that it is issued on 30 July 2021 but we need it after 1 January 2022. what can I do about it

Don't worry you can change it during NEET UG 2022 correction window which will get opened once the application process gets closed for NEET UG 2022 i.e. after May 6th, 2022.
Also note that this criteria of issuance on or after January 1st, 2022 is only applicable for OBC-NCL and EWS certificates not for SC/ST candidates.
NOTE :--- OBC-NCL and EWS certificates that are to be uploaded in the NEET UG 2022 application form, should have been issued on or after January 1st 2022 according to the latest guidelines of Government of India. In case you fail to upload it (issued on or after January 1st, 2022) at the time of registration then the EWS candidate has to upload a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of Gen-EWS Certificate at (Appendix - IXB) in Information bulletin] to that effect (Reference: No.F.No.20013/01/2018-BC-II) and OBC candidate has to upload a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of OBC-NCL Certificate as per Appendix - XB in Information bulletin] to that effect. Neet ug eligibility criteria
- Minimum age of the candidates should be 17 years as of December 31, 2022
- Candidate should passed the class 12th exam from any recognised brard with physics, chemistry, biology (PCB) or (PCMB) with English is the compulsory subject.
- Minimum aggregate marks: General category candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with 45% marks, while for SC/ST/OBC the minimum marks should be 40%
- Reservation policy for pwd (handicap) : 3% of the reservation will be provided to the Person with Disability (PwD) candidates.
