You should have fill the application form using the date of birth given on your 10th and 12 marksheet because at the time of verification of documents that are the mainly focused. Now since you have given your date of birth as of your Aadhar Card, you have two options that you can follow before the document verification process of counselling. First is that you must apply for correction in your date of birth at regional educational office and get it corrected as what it is on Aadhar card. The second option is to wait for the correction window to open and make the required changes with getting the date of birth on your Aadhar card corrected. You can choose to do any of the following but make sure there is no disprency in date of birth as of your mark certificate and photo ID proof because it may cause problems.

As per criteria provided by NTA agency, candidates can use PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, 12th standard admit card or registration card, Passport, Aadhar card, Ration Card etc.,. Its really easy, just add both the practical & theory marks.

For example,

To enter your physics marks,

You need to add your physics theory & practical marks.

Lets say in physics, you have got 25 marks in practical out of 30 and 60 marks in theory out of 70 then,

Your marks in physics

= theory + practical

= 60 + 25

= 85 marks out of 100.

So, you need to enter 85 marks in physics in neet application form.

YES, you can change your category and your category certificate uploaded at time of NEET UG 2022 registration. All candidates can make changes in the category . (Candidates should fill category only as per the central list of category) .

In case of a change in category, aspirants will need to deposit the additional fee . It is to be noted that the NEET 2022 application fee can only be submitted in online mode through net banking or debit cards on or before the last date of the NEET 2022 correction window.
