Hello Sir,
Don't get tensed even if you have uploaded the wrong photograph. See you should have uploaded the photographs as per the specifications prescribed by NTA which is also given below :-

Now suppose you have uploaded the photographs of some other specifications then don't worry wait for few days, and wait till the NEET correction window if this error gets removed and it gets verified by an admin then it is ok otherwise you can again make the changes in the image uploaded by you during the NEET 2021 correction window(August 11th-14th) as per the specifications mentioned above. also given steps to make correction in it :-

I did 12th with PCM and again 12th with the only biology subject as a private student. Please help me how to fill marks in NEET application form as I have 2 marksheets one with PCM and other with Only biology marks.
Hi
You are eligible for NEET even if you have studied Biology as an additional single subject after your 12th
This is because,
The eligibility of students with Biology as an additional / optional subject is in the supreme court but until it gives its judgement students, these students are eligible for neet.
So, you are eligible provided you must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category.
For detailed information about neet examination go through our page for which link is provided below; -
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-eligibility-criteria
Coming to how to fill the form
-----) Roll number ,
While filling the form one needs to fill her / her class 12 Roll number. Thus, you need fill the Roll number which you have on your class 12th certificate and not the Roll number which you have on the certificate of single subject Biology additional . . During document verification you will have to carry both certificates.
- ----)Subjects to include for calculating your 12th % for filling the form
-
Physics
-
chemistry,
-
biology/biotechnology
-

For the 5 th subject you can choose any subject other than listed above.

If you not correct the mistakes in Neet application form then what will happen ??
Sir there are mistake in my neet foam and the problem is where there sign but I am enter thumb and thumb pleace aa thumber and onilne nta website are didn't show the correctsn then sir what we do sir
sir in my ews certificate surname has Shaikh but in my all other documents (Neet application form also) surname has short form Sk. is there any problem create in during slot of collages in neet ?
SK is a well known abbreviation for Shaikh, thus I would say there will not be any problem in your counselling sessions. But if you want to be safe then you can keep a Gazetted Officer attested copy statement which will certify that the name with Sk and Shaik both the names belong to the same person. For this you can reach out to your DM or Depty. Magistrate and they will do it for you. But in general there are no big problems about it but its better to be safe.
