Hello aspirant,
The permanent address is must and should to apply neet application , so you can give or add any other proof which is having Your permanant address . Or else you can update your temporary address to permanent in your aadhar before you are going to apply your neet application
my surname is same in both 10th & 12th TC but my name has one extra letter in 12th TC . Will this cancel my eligibility for NEET Counselling??
Hello,
You should first check out the documents that are required for NEET 2021 Counseling.
Following are the documents that will be required during counseling and original documents are to be produced -
• NEET Admit Card
• NEET Result/Rank Letter
• Class X Certificate and Marksheet
• Class XII Certificate and Marksheet
• 8 passport sized photographs (Same as the one affixed on the application form)
• NEET Seat Allotment letter
• Proof of Identity (Aadhar card/PAN card/Passport/ Driving License)
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
There won't be any requirement of Transfer Certificate of Class X and Class XII.
But kindly ensure that the documents of Class X and XII that are to be produced have no such irregularities.
I hope you find the answer helpful
Thank you
During NEET form fill up.. I gave Aadhaar card number.. Is it compulsury to give Aadhaar card number during NEET counselling registation and show it as id proof..? Can I upload other documents as id proof during NEET counselling registation even after giving Aadhaar card no. in NEET form..?
Hello,
hope you are doing well.!
The Honourable Court has mentioned that for Admission and Entrance exam purposes, Aadhar cannot be a mandatory Id proof. You are required to fill the proof of identity details , if you don't have Aadhar card you may fill the detail. Supreme Court has passed an order stating that Aadhar Card is not mandatory for Academic purposes. So you can upload another Id proof like your Driving license or Passport. Aadhar Card is not mandatory. ls of other identity cards like voter id card, PAN Card, Driving License, passport.
The other documents required are :
- Neet admit card
- Neet score card
- Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
- Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
- Eight passport size photographs
- Provisional Allotment Letter
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- PwD Certificate (if applicable).
Those who want to apply for NEET 2021, need to know that an Aadhaar Card is no longer mandatory . Any identification proof can be submitted while filling the NEET 2021 NTA Application form.
Hope it helps!
Thank you.
My name spelling is different in 10th TC & Inter TC. Will this be gonna a problem in NEET counselling?? One letter extra in recent inter TC.
Yes, Oviously it will create problem. Even if one letter is missing or added indicates different person. You need to make it one name and spelling as soon as possible.
Hope it helps!
when will all India neet counselling starts?
All India Counselling for NEET UG 2021 and NEET PG 2021 got delayed due to a pending case (regarding reservation) in Supreme Court, whose final verdict (by the Hon. Supreme Court) has been out.
Supreme Court in today's verdict (January 7, 2022) has allowed commencement of counseling for NEET PG, UG and has upheld the validity of 27% OBC and permitted 10% EWS under existing criteria.
Hence it is expected that Counseling will start from tomorrow (8 January, 2022) or latest by next week (10th January, 2022).
