Yes, you can apply. CET and NEET counselling both are different. If the state has rural quota reservation in horizontal reservation criteria under 85% state quota, you can definitely apply through it. You need to produce the relevant documents for the same during counselling.

Anyone who is dissatisfied with their first-round seat assignment has the option to upgrade their seat and participate in the subsequent round of counseling. The seat assigned in the first round of the NEET UG 2022 counseling shall be kept if a seat is not improved in the second round.

Yes from the this year the Telangana state makes it a necessary to submit certificates from 6th to intermediate class in the time of admission. You can collect the certificates from your previous school or you can check with the colleges where you are applying for the admission that whether from class 8th it will be accepted or not .

The EWS Certificate of any individual is made only when his/her Yearly family income is less than 8 Lakhs (this value varies from State to State) as well as his/her place of resident should be present in that State only. To make EWS Certificate, the person first have to make his/her family's Income Certificate . Also, there is no such conditions that the family descendants must be residing in the same State from at least more than 60 Years because such conditions are required for Caste Certificate.

In your case, your child has completed his 1st to 12th from Chattisgarh. If your permanent address is in Chattisgarh, then your child is 100% eligible to apply for the Chattisgarh State (85%) Counselling under EWS Category.

If you're worried about that your own EWS Certificate is made from Haryana, then just relax. Nothing will happen. As parent's EWS Certificate is not important. But it is important to make the child's EWS Certificate. Also, your child's EWS Certificate must be valid because the validity of EWS Certificate is only for 1 Year .

No, There is no problem in anything you get in future if you not applied for this counseling procedure, See, if you wan to take a drop year for next year you can go for that.

Many of the students who failed to get marks in first or second attempt but there is nothing to be worry about the Counselling procedure because that will also continue when you are eligible for that and qualified your NEET Examination.
