Hlo My name is prerna this year i gave neet exam and secured 393 marks .. are there any chances of me to get into doon medical college even under the bond system my category is general
Hello,
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following -
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.
With marks you are scoring it would be very difficult for you to get Doon Medical College even with state counseling as for General category candidate more than 550 marks are required for the given college.
You have a good chance at getting admission in following Deemed Universities -
• GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Visakhapatnam- 197 Marks
•BVDU Medical College and Hospital, Sangli:- 311 marks
• Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospt., Puducherry:- 192 marks
•Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital, Chennai:- 189 marks
• Shri Satya Sai Medical College and RI, Kancheepuram:- 173 marks
• Meenakshi Medical College Host. and Res. Inst., Chenna:- 169 marks
• Saveetha Medical College, Chennai:- 265 marks
• Dr. DYP Edu. Soc. Deemed Uni., Kolhapur:- 262 marks
• Vinayaka Missions Medical College and Hospital, Karaikal:- 257 marks
• Krishna Institute of Medical Sc., Karad:- 253 marks
• Sri Lakshmi Narayana Inst. of Med. Scien., Puducherry:- 152 marks

Thank you.
can I give neet exam again if I get goverment medical collage this year please reply no wrong answer please?
Hello student,
Yes you can definitely appear for NEET exam again even if you are already pursing MBBS course. Because NTA has not set any age limit or number of attempts for NEET UG exam. And many students do this in hope for better medical colleges. But you should remember that the terms and conditions associated with it. Because once you secure seat in any medical colleges and then you leave it in the way, you have to pay penalty. However the penalties in government colleges is less but in private and deemed universities they asked to deposit full fess as penalty. So you have to make sure before deciding.
Hope you get some clarification.
i will score 253 in neet exam , can get any medical field like bams ,bhms .
Hi aspirant since you have 253 marks in NEET exam, so according to that you can get private colleges (not government due to low rank it may be differ in case you posses any reservation) if you will appear in the councelling process.

Thank You.
respected mam/ sir require following information about neet exam candidate who already done B.A.M.S / B.H.M.S . can he give neet ug exam for medical and can he use his final year percentage for neet eligibility like its allowed in BSc biology.
Hello!
Yes you can give NEET UG exam even if you have completed BAMS/BHMS. It is not related. You need to qualify NEET cut-off according to your category cut-off rank to get admission in a medical college.
The final year percentage of BAMS/BHMS cannot be used for NEET. You need to qualify NEET and the marks and rank you will get after giving the exam will only be counted for admission in medical colleges.
All the best!

Hi Rupa!
The Eligible Marks for NEET is given below. You must have scored the following percentage in 12th Board Exam either Central or State Board respective to your Reservation Category:
- General - 50%
- SC/ST/OBC - 40%
- General PWD - 45%
- SC/ST/OBC PWD - 40%
Calculate from the marks you have obtained in your 12th and compare it with your Reservation Category!
Hope this is helpful!
All the best!
i got 415marks in neet exam iam belong to sc catageory in andhra Pradesh is there any chance to get mbbs in government college through all india quota
Hello Aspirant,
On such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any government medical college for MBBS neither through AIQ nor through state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that if a SC candidate scores around 460-480 marks out of 720 in NEET then he would have any government college either in state quota or All India Quota. But yes you can get some private colleges very easily and some deemed universities too.
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the links given below :-
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-ap
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

Good Luck!!
can you tell me the private medical colleges in Maharashtra with full details-cutoff (expected),fee, hostel fee, affiliation and approved by MCI or compitant authority,to get the admission in MBBS for year 2020 with the 295scor in NEET exam, persentile 75.67 category general.
Hey,
Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are of general category. Last year the cut off for medical seat under state quota of Maharashtra was a rank of 97845. So based on this, it is difficult for you to get a medical college through state quota counselling of Maharashtra.
