Generally Reddy's are belong to shudras. But so many situations they gain power and go for Kakatiyas. In Karnataka Reddy's are generally under the OBC category. So if you are Reddy's is Karnataka state you can enroll yourself as OBC category candidate in NEET examination or any other examination. But one thing you have to your original caste certificate because it needs in your verification.

see There is many website available on internet where you would find different notes by google it, but studying from random course material is not a wise decision for competitive exams like neet or jee main. basically the competitive examinations questions are very tricky and you have to understand the questions conceptual method to solve it . so it is best to take help from tutors or follow the coaching centers material which has good review about the preparation of examination.

If not then you can purchase those books from online application like Amazon, Flipkart. You will get easily every books for NEET in Bengali version. You can join online coaching for NEET also because the pandemic situation no coaching centre are allowed physical classes. So nothing is impossible dear. You have to focus and go for it.
