How to avoid stress during NEET preparation?
Greetings of the day aspirant !!
As per your query , i completely understand that during the preparation of any competitive exam students feel very stressed . Don't be panic it is very common to have stressed during the exam. During the preparation, having proper diet is very must to run your brain positively. Take healthy diet and also healthy sleep.
Take proper break between your studies and try to do yoga as well. As yoga helps you alot to reduce your stress and increase your concentration as well. Study daily in a slot and prepare the time table so that it will be easy for you to what to study next so you will not be worry for that.
Don't be stressed , go easy with consistency.
I hope it helps.
Good luck :-):-)
I am a student of class 11 isc board. Recently, our school has started neet preparation classes in the school itself. Many of us are confused that if we choose the neet classes then we will miss our regular classes. And not attending classes can result in bad percentage in class 12 board.
how to avoid distraction during NEET preparation? and to avoid stress?
Hello aspirant,
Distraction comes from a lack of discipline and determination. A well-planned itinerary will enable you to study every subject covered in the NEET on a regular basis. Setting a fixed study time and hours helps to eliminate less important activities that can distract you from your goals.
Stick to the schedule and make your preparations accordingly. It also makes it easier to keep track of what you studied, how much time you spent on each subject, and how it is improving.
It's difficult to concentrate when you unlock your smartphone or are continuously assaulted with app notifications when studying. As a result, disable your smartphone's notification button or keep it in silent mode while studying.
Also, Comparing your progress to that of someone who has completed the entire curriculum twice or three times will only add to your stress. So, concentrate on your study schedule and refrain from discussing your success with your peers.
Hope it helps!

Sir, currently i have passed out my 10th from icse board. I am going to take PCB in 11th std. with the NEET preparation as well.I am unable to comprehend whether to take mathematics with PCB or not. Please do guide me.
See the charm of PCMB combination is that the student have many options to go for. For example, if you feel at some moment that you want to do Engineering then also you will have option in your in PCMB combination. Now if you are solely determined that you are interested in the Medical field, then PCB is the great option for you. But let me say you, while solving physics problems, the condition of having Mathematics will help you in much ways such as for Coordinate problem or calculus related operations in Physics. So having Mathematics can beneficial for you in multiple dimension. Now if you are frightened of Mathematics or you don't like it, then no need to take it. But if you are ok to have Mathematics then go for it, it will add more opportunities to your career ahead.
