There are total 50 government BDS college with 3513 seats. As your NEET expected score is 500+. Also it too depends upon last years cut-off. Adding it with 15% All India quota  and 85% state quota seats in government colleges. Supposedly, it is 500 then your Overall Percentile is:   96.11 - 96.61  and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is : 51572 - 63722 . For OBC there comes 27% seat reservation.

Since the cut off for every college changes every year on the grounds of different factors it's difficult to predict the collegs that may have seats for you. But,last year the All India cutoff rank taken in a government veterinary college was between 64485-70707 for ST category. The minimum mark in NEET to get into a veterinary college is 350+, since you have scored 380, you do have chances to get in to a veterinary college in a All India quota (15%). You are also eligible for state quota (85%) in you own state.

Based on previous year cut off, you will not get a medical seat under GM category in Karnataka since it closed around a marks of 430-420 in 2019.

It would be difficult to get admission to a govt. or pvt. college at this score due to the increasing competition each year.

You can try applying for BDS, BAMS, BHMS etc. as well, as you have much more chances of getting admission there. Even if you get a pvt. college through counselling, there is usually a fee concession that you can avail. You should check the appropriate college website or your state counselling website to know more about the concession on tuition fees.

You can also try applying for management quota seats or in deemed colleges however they usually have a much higher tuition fees.
