Definitely you can do the B pharmacy from the college located in Mumbai because you really have a good score and also you can get some good colleges as well in this particular marks, but firstly you should try to get your rank by using any rank predictor showing data of your particular exam so that than your work will become very simple as than only you have to compare it with cutoffs of colleges you are interested in.

See as of the latest updates now AIIMS and JIPMER will take admission for it's medical courses only through NEET score as similar to that of latest session which was 2019-20. So now the admission for AIIMS or JIPMER will only be made on the basis of NEET score and through AIQ counselling the seats will be allotted in it. So in order to secure your seat in AIIMS you should have a minimum score of 650 if you belongs to General category to be on the safer side for getting seat in AIIMS and if you are from any reserved category then above 620 will be the good target.

for getting admission in st johns medical college bangalore see the previous year cutoff-

General – PH  required 45 percentile  and marks range is between 467 – 213 .

Unreserved (UR)   required 50 percentile  and marks range is between 686 – 469 .

Schedule Caste (SC )  required 40 percentile  and marks range is between 469 – 353

Schedule TRIBE (ST)  required 40 percentile  and marks range is between 467 – 304

Other Backward Classes (OBC)  required 40 percentile  and marks range is between 469 – 466 .

General – PH  required 45 percentile  and marks range is between 467 – 213 .

As you didn't mention your category but you can see the expected marks which need to qualify.
