Hello Manya,
There are certain rules which have to be followed by every student if they want to get Seat in Government Medical College under State Quota (85%) Counselling.
First of all the most important document to become eligible for State Quota (85%) Counselling is a valid Domicile Certificate. Next comes the caste certificate or EWS Certificate.
Please remember, to get admission under State Quota (85%) Counselling, your EWS Certificate must be made from State Government only. If your EWS Certificate is made from Uttar Pradesh, then that certificate will not be valid for Punjab's State Quota (85%) Counselling .
If you want to get admission in Punjab's Government Medical College, then, you must have to obtain a valid EWS Certificate from Punjab State Government . You also have an option to go for MCC AIQ (15%) Counselling, because through that you will get admission in Punjab's Government Medical College but only if you have Central EWS Certificate with you ready. To get admission under All India Quota (15%), you must have Central EWS Certificate . To get this Certificate you have to visit your nearby Tehsil Office of your area.
NTA has declared NEET (UG) 2022 Results on its official website on 7th September, 2022 .

Can I fill a new permanent address in my NEET state counselling form ?
Hi aspirant
The answer is NO. You cannot fill different details in your Counseling process form from those that you filled out in the NEET registration form. Your form will get rejected and you might be even disqualified from the counseling process or you might be denied admission. You need to fill in the exact details as you had mentioned during NEET registration.
Hope this helps
All the best :)
i had completed my 2nd inter in Karnataka ... i didnt receive my tc... my clg office they said they will send it by online... but as i belong to Telangana locality in order attend my neet state counselling i required tc ... but i dont have it ..
Hemalatha Ceriyahemu,
As there is no other option for you, so you need to talk to the concerned authorities of your college to provide you tc as soon as possible. You can write a letter or mail or any communication sources available to request for your tc. I'm sure they will certainly help you. In case they do not respond to you properly, you can go to even higher authorities of your college to complain regarding the same, however this case shouldn't come as they will help you for sure you just need to communicate with them.
All the best :)

During neet state counselling, which rank is considered: state rank or category rank?
Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . See, everything primarily depends on your AIR . You state and category ranks are derived from your AIR itself . If you have a good AIR then you'll have a good state rank as well . Now , for state counselling your state rank will only be considered . Yes for filling the reserved seats, your category rank does play a role but ultimately everything depends on the AIR .
Also ,
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state from the link given below :
