If you belong to General Category, 230 is a less score even for a seat in BAMS.  It is not that Candidates who have lesser scores in NEET apply for Ayush Courses. These Courses also have cut offs atleast at 450 if not 500 or 550 like MBBS/BDS. There is a huge demand for these courses as well and so the cut offs are usually higher. So with a score of 230, you might get a Management Quota seat in Private Medical College but Govt. seat is difficult. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. AIIMS MBBS eligibility

• Candidates should have qualified 12th board or equivalent examination of 10+2 education system recognised by AIIMS Delhi.
• They should have also studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as mandatory subjects in their 10+2 level.
• In addition to the above conditions, candidates belonging to General and OBC categories should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of aforesaid subjects and those belonging to SC, ST and OPH categories should have obtained at least 50%.
• Candidates should have completed a minimum of 17 years of age as on December 31.

so as the eligibility says, you must have 60% aggregate in class 12. so it seems you cant get admission.

The medical college you are going to get in counselling have its own teaching hospital

And you will have a medical check up there itself at the time of admission and do not worry it's just a formality unless you have really big issues such has handicapped , colour blindness , etc

And trust me , you will enjoy your check up as you will first time see your hospital , you will be treated as special guest , you will stand out of line , will be attended first and completely free , you will get a feel of a doctor

And in case you want to be too sure , you can get fitness certificate from any Gov. Hospital .
