If you have got 23450 rank in KCET and if you are under gmk category you can surely get CS in DSATM or you can go for NHCE.

it is up to you and your interest.if you are interested in ECE or Mech then choose one of them.both are good steams and both have good future in India or as well in the world.

New Horizon is a relatively new college so, I suggest you keep it as a backup and try for other established institutes. If you don't get in any other good institute, you will still have new horizon at hand.
