Agar humlog 2022 me 12 th ka board exam diye hai or pass hai toh marks badhane ke liye humlog improvement exam next year de sakte hai kya mtlb 2023 me improvement exam de sakte hai
Hi,
Improvement examination is conducted by CBSE to give a chance to students who are not satisfied or failed in any subject in class 12th. The terms of the exams are as:
- Only CBSE students are allowed for its improvement examination
- Candidate must fill improvement examination in consecutive year after their class 12th.
First of chose your subjects in which you need to improve. Then fill the form of Improvement examination with the subjects and applicable fees. Note that:
- Practical marks will be carried out from your original result, and you do not need to appear for it again.
- For the subjects you do not chose, the previous marks will be considered.
- For the subjects you are appearing in re-examination, the best of two marks will be considered. Means, if one get less marks in improvement examination, then previous attempt marks will be considered.
I hope it covers your doubt.
Thank you!

sir if i fail in one subject (physics) in hs west bengal board but other subjects i pass with a good number, then i pass. if i want to re exam for physics next year? can i re exam in one subject in physics next year.
Hi Candidate,
As you have mentioned that you want to take re-examination/improvement examination from West Bengal board. Unfortunately, you have a bad luck this time. The board do not provide any improvement examination provisions to the students like CBSE do.
You must not loose your hope, and try to re-appear in class 12th from different board like CBSE, ICSE. The syllabus remains almost same. But you will be treated as a fresh student and needs to give each practical and examination as per school and board rules.
The latest class 12th result will be considered. You can also take admission in NIOS, but certain institutes and colleges do not accept it's results. First observe your targets colleges eligibility criteria, then choose accordingly.
I hope it helps.
Thank you!
I just completed my 12 and wanna give neet 2022 but i have completed half syllabus only nd I dnt have problem to give next attempt should I get enough percentile in this year only that I cn get bds. so how much is cutoff for bds nd what scope it has? Im little confused that shld I drop this year
Hello!
Do give NEET 2022, prepare for it as best as you can with short notes or as many resources as you can find. But yes, a drop year would be useful for you to prepare properly for NEET. However if you prefer to do BDS.
Something important is that you should do some research on BDS, see whether that interests you and also, how much do you want medical?
If you really want medical and are passionate about it, a drop year is worth it and you will do better.
If you are not as particular, then go ahead with BDS.
Hope this helps!

Is it okay if i take a drop for some reasons i appeared for my 12th board 2022 recently from science stream and want to start my next academics from Jan 2023 ! is it okay to take a drop for preparing for various exams till January !
Hello Aspirant,
Year drop after school is advisable if you're into getting good colleges and need some time for preparation, you can use this time to figure things out and decide what career you want to pursue, research about different colleges and courses and apply accordingly. Just keep this in mind that while applying for admission next year you'll be supposed to present a gap certificate, provided and signed by the official judiciary of the court in a stamp paper. Rest it is completely fine.
Hope this helps!

All the best!!!
I have passed my 12th boards and i am literally not satisfied with those marks so i have decided to rewrite the exam next year. I dont want to waste 1 whole year for this so instead of wasting can I do Bsc in some university along with that can i write boards when they apppear???
Hello Aspirant,
Yes, you can if and only if you have the minimum percentage required for the subject you want to apply for in the B.Sc degree. Many colleges have different eligibility norms but generally if I say an aggregate of 50% is required for admission into B.Sc for general category. You can also choose the NIOS exam to improve your score and you don't have to waste a year on that.
National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) supervises the Senior Secondary exam you can give without spending a year. The mode of application filling occurs online. The exam will occur offline. The exam time is 3 Hours for a written exam and a practical exam for the subject with a practical.
Eligibility
Qualified Class 10th. For NIOS 12th entry, the student must be of 15 years as of January 31 of the year taking admission. The student should produce a 10th class pass certificate from a known board, address information and two current passport-sized photographs.

Signature ( must be in black ink)
class 10th marksheet
Disability certificate for PwD candidates
Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Ex-serviceman certificate for aspirants under the Ex-serviceman category
Secondary (class 12)
