Does NID offer b.des in fashion design? I did not see the option here or on its official website and what entrance exam does it conduct?

No NID does not offer B.Des in Fashion Design, It offers the following:
Communication Design which has 4 disciplines:
- Film and video communication
- Exhibition Design
- Animation film Design
- Graphic Design
Industrial Design which has 3 discplines:
- Ceramic and glass design
- Furniture and Interior design
- Product Design
Textile, Apparell, Lifestyle and Accessory Design which offers 1 discipline:
- Textile Design
The NID entrance is conducted for these design programmes and these are the only courses that are offered in all the campuses of NID.
For B.des in Fashion Design , you will have to opt for the NIFT entrance exam which is the National Institute of Fashion Technology which has 17 campuses all over India , and this institute caters only to the field of fashion and has courses such as:
- B.Des.(Fashion Design)
- B.Des.(Leather Design)
- B.Des.(Accessory Design)
- B.Des.(Textile Design)
- B.Des.(Knitwear Design)
- B.Des.(Fashion Communication)
- B.FTech.(Apparel Production)

when is the NID EXAM 2022 conducted

The officials have not yet released any schedule for the NID 2022 exam and due to the ongoing pandemic it is difficult to predict any dates. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. As the registration for NID 2021 began in the month of January 2021 so there are chances that the NID 2022 registration may begin in the month of January 2022. NID Design Aptitude Test commonly known as NID DAT is a entrance test that consists of prelims exam and mains exam. i failed class 12 in 2019 and my school gave me fail TC, i reappeared from same school and got pass markeet in 2020, i dont have pass TC is it valid ?

see transfer certificate or school leaving certificate is issued once you passed your 12th course , however if you did not receive it, you may apply for it to the head of the institute. you have to mention the year of passing 12th and may need to attach the pass certificate. so contact with school officials or exam section.
TC is some times mandatory to take admission in the colleges depends on the college norms and admission policy.
