nitte meenakshi institute of technology and new horizon college of engineering which is better cse branch
NITTE MEENAKSHI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY & NEW HORIZON COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, both the institute are well known private institutes in Bangalore. Now the curriculum offered by both the institute are the same as they both are affiliated by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi . Infrastructurally and ambience wise NHCE is better compared to that of NMIT. Apart from this from the placement perspective as well NHCE is better. The faculties in both the colleges are of same standards although in some cases, the specialization variation among the faculties are more diverse in case of NHCE.
As you can see there are not much of a difference for both the colleges, now its your choice which one you will go for but NHCE will be a better choice from some of the perspective.

Hello Aspirant!
Congratulation for your rank in COMEDK. As Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology(NMIT) is an autonomous engineering college in Bangalore, And according to current cutoff stats is around 4400- 5000. So there is less chance to get NMIT Bangalore for ECE course. But cutoff can increase or decrease depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available.

which is better? Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology vs BNMIT
Hello dear,
Based on various factors like quality of education, infrastructure, placements, faculty members, exposure to extracurricular activities, innovative teaching methods etc., BNMIT gets an edge over the NMIT in the following respects.
- Top technical courses for undergraduate and postgraduate aspirants
- Granted an Autonomous Status by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi
- Under Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU)
- AICTE and NAAC accreditations
- Experienced Faculty Members that are regarded as one of the best in Bangalore
- An efficient Training and Placement Cell that provides guaranteed placement support
- In 2020-21, over 140 companies participated in BNMIT’s campus placement drive (placements are still in progress)
- The highest package offered till date is INR 40 LPA and the average salary package stands at INR7.30 LPA for academic year 2021-22 (placements recently commenced)
- Centrally located in Bengaluru, the IT hub of India, with easy access to all the amenities
- Equal emphasis on extra-curricular and co-curricular activities
- Various clubs and conduits that provide a platform for students to discover their passion
Considering all these factors, BNMIT not only provides quality education but also has various other advantages that make it the better as compared to NMIT.
Hope this helps. Good luck!
Hello,Im a engineering aspirant and my ranking is 87k in kcet. So getting a cse, ise, ece seat is nearly dream to me . So now my question is should I join mechatronics engineering in Ait or Should I join mechanical engineering in Nmit or Bit? please answer my question as soon as possible. thank you
Hello.
See it is not at all possible to answer you particularly. Both the colleges are good in different ways. It is completely your choice and it should be because you know what would be best for you. There are a lot of things you have to consider before joining an institution, such as whether the environment suits your or not, how the faculties are, what is the scope for extra curricular activities, the hostel facility, etc. So you need to make a decision keeping in mind these all things.
which should i prefer ece in dsce or cse in nmit?
Hey aspirant,
Choosing between CSE and ECE can be a bit tricky but here are some key points which can help you make a better choice for yourself:
1. See if you want to learn coding and have keen interest in learning different machine languages. If this makes you happy then go for CSE.
2. ECE can be a better option for candidates who do not have a good knowledge about coding and see if other topics can interest them.
3. CSE ensures that you are going to IT sector but ECE can give you Job in IT sector as well as other core jobs.
4. Both CSE and ECE are good branches from placement point of view and highest package of any college comes from either of the branches almost every year.
As far as you are confused about the colleges....more or less there are similar facilities so go with the branch as I would like to say.
Hope this helps you.
I got 11689 rank and I am obc , can I get msrit cse branch or any related to computer science!! or in nmit banglore
Dear Student,
It is hard to say that you will get a seat or not. I mean if we consider your caste reservation then also it is difficult . You can wit but it would be great that you look for other colleges .
Hope I can help you out.

Future prospects of passing B.E. in ECE from NMIT, Yelahanka, Bangalore.
Hello,
ECE engineers prefer working for a company that directly works in the electronics field or assisting other companies in the same field, after completing the graduation. The companies are rare but these are the companies that have job opportunities for core ECE students like Semiconductors, Alstom Corporate, Bharat Heavy Electricals, Havells, Crompton Greaves, Neolex Cables, HBM Power Systems, Exide Industries, and many more. With this students can also find suitable opportunities in communication companies like Siemens, BSNL, Sony Ericsson, Reliance and Nokia.
