Between nmit, bmsit and Sirmvit, which is better for ise?

According to my research I guess you should go for SirMVIT as it has better placements for CSE/ISE than both of these colleges.
The highest package offered by SIRMVIT ranges around 14-17lpa and the average package offered is around 6-7lpa.
In bmsit the highest package offered is 8-9lpa for ise and the average ranges around 4-6lpa.
In nmit the highest package offered is 7-9lpa whereas the average ranges around 4.5-5.5lpa.

NMIT
- Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology is affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.
- The highest salary package offered in the CS department was 30 LPA, while lowest would be 3 lakh.
- Almost 30 to 45% of the students got internships in companies like Wipro and TCS. The top role offered is an architect of a division in a company.
- Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Amazon, Cisco, IBM, Dell, Unisys, Wipro etc.
- The other facilities are average though.
Lastly out of these two BMSIT is better because of facilities and infrastructure.
But placement are good in both Colleges.

RNS Institute of Technology is an engineering and technology college located in Bangalore, India. This college provides many courses. The total fees for CSE Engineering course is around 3.48 lakhs. The placements in CSE are good here. The average package is around 3-4 LPA whereas the highest package goes upto 10 LPA. Other facilities are good here. On the other hand, Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology is an autonomous engineering college in Bangalore, Karnataka, India . Many courses are offered here. The fees for ECE course is around 2.35 lakhs. Placements in ECE are good here. The average package is around 4-5 LPA whereas the highest goes above 15 LPA.

NITTE college,
Placements: Around 80% of the students got placed during our time. The highest salary package offered is 32 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3.6 LPA and the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, Epsilon, TCS, DXC, MindTree, Cognizant and many Japanese companies visit our campus. Internships are provided for many students. Various roles like developer, programmer, tester, associate software engineer, systems engineer and many other roles were offered.

Infrastructure is little old , qualified faculty, hotel facilities, and a library are provided for students.

You haven't mentioned your category. Considering it as general category it's quite impossible to get steams like CSE, IT or ECE. As last year the cutoff for all the steams was below 10000 including all the three rounds of counseling. Whatever you can get Civil engineering or maximum Mechanical in this Institute.
