Will the private medical colleges fees will be reduced for the session 2021 22 after nmc bill?
Hello aspirant,
National Medical Commission bill is one of the most important and wanted reforms for the Indian Education system. According to this bill, there are lots of things that will be changed. Fees is one of them. Normally, a private medical college in India has a fee structure of more than 30 lakhs for the MBBS course. After the NMC bill implementation, the fee will be reduced by up to 50%.
The bill has been passed successfully by both houses of the parliament. Now the government is making plans of implementing this in the next academic session. After its implementation, all final year MBBS students will have to pass a common test (NEXT) to get an MBBS degree.
This Bill will be implemented from the year 2022 (tentative) and will help many students who are unable to go for higher medical studies because of the expensive fee structure.
Hope this helps,
All the Best!!
Im scoring around 580 general category Uttar Pradesh can I get a government mbbs seat? which colleges please mention. also through implementation of nmc bill, can I get a seat in private colleges at government fee structure?
Hello,
------- If we go by previous year data for NEET UG Counseling for Uttar Pradesh then after the 2nd round of Counseling, last candidate from General Category to get MBBS seat in Government Medical College had scored 601 marks and he got seat in Autonomous State Medical College, Jaunpur.
So if we go by this data, your chances don't seem that fancy in the intital round of Counseling.
--------- To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every year during Counseling depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2022 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2022

will nmc bill regarding 50% private seats will be applicable for 2022-23 or 2023-24
Hello Aspirant,
From session 2023-24, this bill will be implemented in the colleges.
As per the latest notification issued by NMC regarding the new policy of fee of private medical colleges and Deemed Universities, clearly states that the fee for 50% of total intake should be on par with that of the government medical colleges of a particular state and this decision will be implemented from the next academic year i.e. 2023-24 .

Is there any chance that NMC Bill regarding fees regulation will pass by NEET 2022? Will pvt college agree in no profit no loss?
Hello Aspirant,
No, now there are no chances for this bill to be passed for now and even if it get passed then also it will take some time so that universities can implement this change and make the required changes in fee structure so for now it is not goin to be implemented from upcoming academic year i.e. 2022-23 but as per the latest notification issued by NMC regarding the new policy of fee of private medical colleges and Deemed Universities, clearly states that the fee for 50% of total intake should be on par with that of the government medical colleges of a particular state and this decision will be implemented from the next academic year i.e. 2023-24.

What will be safe score for management seat if NMC bill regarding fees regulation passed in NEET 2022?
Hello Aspirant,
Very first thing I would like to clear you that as per the latest notification issued by NMC regarding the new policy of fee of private medical colleges and Deemed Universities, clearly states that the fee for 50% of total intake should be on par with that of the government medical colleges of a particular state and this decision will be implemented from the next academic year i.e. 2023-24.
Now for NEET UG 2022 this would not impact the cut-offs but yes for 2023 it might, but that also depends upon the cut-offs of this upcoming academic year so for safer side if you are scoring around 450-550 or more in NEET UG then definitely you hold good chances to secure your seat in some deemed universities and management seat in some private colleges even after having a slighter hike in cut-offs because for now they have cut-offs as low as 160-190 marks out of 720 marks for deemed universities.

kya NMC bill ka effect 2021 me dikhega??
Hello
The NMC(National Medical Commission) bill ensured the dissolution of the 87 year old MCI and the establishment of NMC. And it has no immediate effect on NEET 2020 counseling.
The only change that would occur is that ablut 40-50% of MBBS seats in the private colleges will be taken over by the NMC, i.e the fees of those setas will be imposed by the NMC. This will make studying MBBS easier for the borderline rank-holders who lost a seat due to five or ten marks difference from the cutoff. Overally, there will be no more change. And this chenge may not be enforced this year, it would take subsequent years for the bill to take action.

is nmc bill applicable for neet 2020 uttar Pradesh counselling
Hello Aspirant,
Thanks for approaching us
Please read the article carefully.
The National Medical Commission (NMC) is on the verge of replacing the Medical Council of India (MCI) as the bill has passed in both the lower and upper house of the Indian parliament. Along with the change in authority, dramatic changes have been brought forth, which will affect the medical education landscape in the years to come.
In the coming years, medical entrance exam other that NEET-UG, like AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER MBBS, will be brought under NEET. However, the bill mentions clearly that these changes be brought into existence in the next three years from the day the bill has passed. Therefore, the NMC bill has no immediate effect on NEET 2020.
The NMC bill will have no implications on NEET UG and PG aspirants. There will be no change for NEET 2020 aspirants.
Hope this helps you
All the best for your future
