original documents like class 10th and 12th mark sheets, migration certificate etc will be taken by the college you are taking admission in. And you will get them back after programme completion. So you would require the original mark sheet, which is provided by the respective board.in case you dont have it you can submit duplicate copies of marksheet if you have a valid reason then they may accept the digilocker result temporarily but you will have to produce your original certificate eventually.

As you are already aware of choices you have but the college rank branch wise also differ depends upon resources, placement, etc. So, for your interest branch you should go for IPU college because you got university support there so much. Hi Anuj, it's good that you have predicted your rank before the declaration of result of UPSEE. But since you  are getting low predicted rank i.e. 55k approx. may be you can face little bit problem but if you belong to Uttar Pradesh and you have good marks in  12th boards than I don't think that yow will fac any problem. So just chill you will surely get CSE branch in NIET. only thing you need to remember that you should try to take admission as soon as possible becoz seats can get full any time. OK!

I would like to recommend you the NIET for CSE. I'm sharing the points which I have considered 

Placements : The placement percentage of CSE branch is about 80% to 90%, which is fantastic. About 40% of the students got internships from college. The highest package offered was about 12.5 lacs per annum, the lowest package was 2 lacs per annum. The average package offered was about 3 LPA to 4 lacs per annum, this year.

Infrastructure : The infrastructure of college is fantastic. The top view of college looks in the shape of a ship. A canteen is available for .Hostel rooms are good compared to other hostels in greater Noida. 

Faculty : The faculty are very good and always give their 100% to teach the students. They help the students whenever required. The technique they used to provide knowledge to the students is fantastic. They used blackboard and projector to teach. The student-faculty ratio is about 80:20. The course curriculum is very helpful for exams, and practical implementations are also fine. It is helpful in preparing for competitive exams like GATE and UPSC.
