original documents like class 10th and 12th mark sheets, migration certificate etc will be taken by the college you are taking admission in. And you will get them back after programme completion. So you would require the original mark sheet, which is provided by the respective board.in case you dont have it you can submit duplicate copies of marksheet if you have a valid reason then they may accept the digilocker result temporarily but you will have to produce your original certificate eventually.

As per information you got crl 200k in jee mains. As you are already aware of choices you have but the college rank branch wise also differ depends upon resources, placement, etc. So, for your interest branch you should go for IPU college because you got university support there so much. Hi Anuj, it's good that you have predicted your rank before the declaration of result of UPSEE. But since you  are getting low predicted rank i.e. 55k approx. may be you can face little bit problem but if you belong to Uttar Pradesh and you have good marks in  12th boards than I don't think that yow will fac any problem. So just chill you will surely get CSE branch in NIET. only thing you need to remember that you should try to take admission as soon as possible becoz seats can get full any time. OK!
