Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. The exam will be conducted tentatively in the month of December 2021. State level exam conducting authorities release NTSE registration forms 2021-22 in online and offline mode. The forms are not yet released but it will be released soon. NTSE examination is conducted once in a year in two stages as stage-I and stage-II.

The deadline for submitting the NTSE Uttarakhand form 2021 is likely to be November 20, 2021, according to current expectations. The first stage of the NTSE Uttarakhand 2021-22 test will be taken in December 2021.

ELIGIBILITY

• To be eligible for the exam, students must have received a minimum of 60 percent marks (55 percent for SC/ST/PH students) in class 9.
• Students enrolled in class 10 during the current academic year are eligible to apply.
• Candidates must have received their education from government, private, or prestigious schools in Uttrakhand.
• Candidates for open distance learning are eligible if they are under the age of eighteen years.
• Students must be of Indian nationality in order to enrol.
• Scholarship recipients from the NMMS are also eligible.

How to apply for the NTSE Uttarakhand 2021-22 competition?

• Candidates must adhere to the procedures outlined below in order to be considered for the NTSE Uttarakhand 2021-22.
• Click on the above link or go to the official website, scert.uk.gov.in, for more information.
• NTSE Uttarakhand application form, as well as the admit card, can be obtained by downloading and printing them.
• In both forms, you must enter the needed credentials.
• On both forms, two colour passport-sized pictures must be attached in the same format.
• The School Principal/Head of Institution must certify to the authenticity of both of the images.
• Send the completed paperwork, along with the fee receipt, to the Head of School.

Documentation Requirement

The following documents must be presented with the application form in order to be considered complete.

For SC, ST, and PH applicants, a copy of their caste, reservation, category, and disability certificates must be submitted. Those who fail to do so will be placed in the general category of the classification system.

Candidates from the Other Backward Classes (OBCs) are required to submit a copy of their caste certificate with their application in order to be considered. However, they will only be able to use their reservation if all of the conditions listed below are met.

Candidates who do not belong to the 'creamy layer' will be able to take advantage of the reservation. Candidates from the OBC category whose certificates include the phrase "Creamy Layer" would not be eligible for any quota advantages.

One must locate and identify their caste/community on the NCBC's (National Council of Backward Classes) 'Central List of OBCs,' which is updated regularly.

Application Fee for NTSE Uttarakhand in 2021

Candidates are required to submit the NTSE Uttarakhand 2021-22 application form together with the Rs.200/- application fee (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PH candidates) to the school authorities.

NTSE exam is being divided into two stages I.e. stage 1 which comprises of subjects as NTSE SAT ( maths, Social science and science subjects ) the other stage NTSE MAT is divided into concepts of verbal and non-verbal reasoning.

The NCERT administers the National Talent Search Examination for students in class 10th with the goal of improving students abilities. Every year, this test is held at two levels namely Stage 1 and Stage 2. Stage 1 is held at the state level and Stage-2 which is held at the national level. NCERT will declare the NTSE significant key dates for eligible candidates. In October 2021, the dates for submitting the NTSE 2021 application form will be notified. The deadline for submitting the application form varies by state. The first stage of the NTSE 2021 will be held in December 2021. Stage 2 will take place in June 2022. National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is an offline scholarship exam for class 10 students to encourage higher studies in the field of Science and Social science. This exam is conducted by NCERT at two stages. SCERT or other authority of the respective state conducts stage 1 at the state level and stage 2 exam is held by NCERT at the national level.

Know About Paper Pattern

• Each stage has two papers- MAT (Mental Ability Test) and SAT (Scholastic Ability Test) of 100 marks each.
• Students will have 4 hours to complete both papers which include 2 hours for each paper.
• Students who qualify both the stages of NTSE 2021 will be awarded scholarships.
• A total of 2000 students will be shortlisted for the NTSE scholarships.

SYLLABUS

Students preparing for upcoming Stage 1 and stage 2 exams should know the latest syllabus of NTSE exam. The NTSE 2021 syllabus is divided into two parts SAT and MAT as the NTSE exam is held in two stages. NTSE SAT syllabus comprises Maths, Social Science and Science subjects, whereas NTSE MAT syllabus consists of verbal and non-verbal reasoning. Students should also note that there is no specified NTSE exam syllabus by NCERT. But the exam level is kept up to class 10th, so students can consider their class 9 and 10 syllabus.
