Salary is almost similar as roles are with different responsibilities but of same designation, grade and cadre.

Msc Nursing candidates can vet starting salary of 4.5lpa as per national average.

Nursing officer is more into administration and hnece salary is bit higher though marginal diffences.

Dear Arpita roy,

i woulld like to inform you that as after DGNM qulaification  average salary for a Nurse is  Rs 11,898 per month in West Bengal & it will reaches some how about Rs 22000 after a few year .

As you experience in the field increase be near by 10-20 year it will be reaches to 45000 approx.so it's a good carrer option.

Fir experienced professionals, salary gies upto 10lakhs for ICU.

U r asking if i get or Got in government seat for bsc nursing.
Admission in gujarat depends only on merit basis.
So u should try in maharashtra or karnataka.
