If you belong to OBC Category, you need to select Reserved. Because Open Category is for General Category students. NEET 2022 is atleast a NEET exam away and so any information that we give will be speculative. And NEET 2021 will  be conducted with a reduced syllabus. While the syllabus has not been officially announced yet, it has been decided that the syllabus will be reduced by 30%;. Whether it will be online and held twice a year like JEE, we have to wait to hear from NTA which is the exam conducting authority.
