You cannot do Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics after completion of your BHMS degree. Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics is a two year Post Graduation medical diploma course for which the minimum qualification required is that you should either complete your MBBS or BAMS degree with a minimum score of 50% from a reputed institution.
However with BHMS you can work in government health care units, dispensaries, corporate hospitals or start your own private practice.
