It is really difficult to predict cut off for any colleges or for any category since it keeps on changing. However according to previous year's cut off trends candidates from SC/ST category required to score minimum 40th percentile to qualify for MBBS seat in Government College. With the score you have mentioned above, your percentile would be around 52-58th percentile so there are chances that you might get admission in government college. But cut off for all the colleges changes every year due to increasing competition or limited numbers of seat. Although you can try in subsequent or mop up rounds as well. You can apply through state quota if you belong to that particular state, that might increase chances of your admission. You can also try in semi government college through government quota. Also you are a OBC NCL candidate and have appeared for jee main  examination where you have achieved 77.5percentile . But the basic criteria for getting CSE branch in any government Engineering College through jee mains examination you have to score at least 98 to 1999 percentile to get good government college for your computer science engineering branch. Percentage marks in JEE mains is a little bit of difficulty to get CSE branch in government college. Immediate eat CSE branch in reputed private engineering colleges.

VSS institute of medical science, burla is a good college for doing MS in general surgery. The fees is also not so high ranging somewhere between 90 to 95 thousand rupees. They have limited number of seats and provide admission on the basis of your NEET score.

So with regard to your query, NO there are no centers in the state of Odisha for the purpose of MHT CET entrance exam 2022. The MHT CET exam is conducted by the state of Maharashtra and it is a state level exam. There 36 districts in Maharashtra which provide centers for the exam. Also, there are other states which also have centers these are, Telangana Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka and Chhattisgarh.
