           Now there is no criteria of Paid seats in JSS,Mysore and also no management quota seats.The admission is through KEA and NEET. Your score to get admission in JSS Mysore should be above 500 in NEET

It totally depends on your interest for  colleges, find a list of colleges near your home and join bsc course or you can try for colleges like DU,BHU,etc.

I am giving you whatever data I was able to gather for M.S. Ophthalmology admissions in Tirunelveli Medical College last year. In case the data provided here doesn't help, let me know. I will try to find the thing most relevant to you. 

In State Quota Admissions 

• In 2017, the lowest marks from SC category which got admission in MS Ophthalmology in Tirunelveli Medical College was 1079.850720. 
• The lowest marks from BC category which got admission in MS Opthalmology in Tirunelveli Medical College was 1199.77442.
• The lowest marks from MBC or DNC category which got admission in MS Ophthalmology in Tirunelveli Medical College was 1092.9164. 

Note that, for now, I was unable to find data for any OC (Open Category) last rank admission in said college for MS Ophthalmology course under state quota. So, I am providing the same data for All India Quota (AIQ) admissions. 

AIQ Admission 

• The lowest marks which got admission in OC (unreserved) category in MS Ophthalmology in Tirunelveli Medical College was 1075.7028.
