There are tough chances for you to get oral pathology in any government college. Also the revision of cutoff highly depends on the no. of vacant seats after the first round of counseling. Last year they did revised it only once lower general category cutoff percentile by 25.1. So there is not much surity on number of times the cutoff will be revised.
