University College of Engineering, Osmania University is a Government institute. As per the information available in the official handbook of Osmania University the admission to all B.E courses is based on the marks score in common entrance test conducted by state government of Telangana. Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) conducts TS EAMCET every year for admission to B.E/B.Tech, B.Pharm, Agriculture etc. To get admission to B.E Bio Medical Engineering in Osmania University you need to appear for TS EAMCET and qualify in it. In 2020 a candidate with TS EAMCET rank 32257 belonging to SC category secured seat in B.E Bio Medical Engineering. So you need to secure a rank below 32000 to have decent chances of getting seat in the preferred University.

Please mention in which course you want to take admission. Osmania University is a public state university located in Hyderabad and founded in 1918. Unfortunately You cannot get Osmania University because there's very limited seats in Osmania University and cutoff hardly goes down with 747 rank you can get many other private colleges,but OU is difficult to get. My advice is to wait for the final result.

If it is your All India Rank then the chances of getting Osmania University and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad is very probable but if it is your category rank then it is difficult. Regular fee in JNTU or OU is 30,000 per year which is very less compare to other institutions. You also have not mention in which course you are interested to take admission. Yes, you will be eligible to get a seat in the M. Tech mining branch in Osmania University, being a SC candidate. Since there is no cutoff trend for SC/ST candidates apart from General/OBC candidates, so according to your score in TSPGECET 2020, you will be easily getting an admission. There is no minimum marks to get eligible in the case of ST/SC candidates. But yes, in order to get qualified you must secure 45% in the qualifying examination according to your caste category.
