There is no cutoff rank of JEE Mains. When you apply to PDPU through All India Quota a merit list is prepared and the students are called for counselling through PDPU merit Rank. So if your rank is under 1000 in PDPU merit list you will get Petroleum,Computer and ICT easily.

Truely Speaking there is less chances of getting Nirma and other colleges at this marks for general category it's difficult. But you can go for it others Government colleges exam like AMU, DTU, BITS and many more.
