As far as I know there are no specific dates, for applying for this PTE, you select a convenient date according to you and the test centres. Please go through the article link given above to know more about the guidelines.

• As of now, PTE exam is not acceptable for Canadian immigration PR process.

This is  percentile and the ranks and marks would be given or declared after april session of the exam so you have to wait until that.

As 33 percentilr is very less you cab give another attempt and score more marks to get a good seat.

PTE was originated in Australia and every college in Australia is accepting PTE but as for Canada PTE is not accepted there it might take a couple of years for colleges in Canada to accept PTE by the it is expanding in the world UK and US also started accepting PTE. Talking about Canada there are some of the colleges which started accepting PTE in Canada are Centennial College, Humber College, Seneca College, George Brown, St.Lawrence College, Langara College.

There are no specific eligibility criteria related to academic qualification. However, candidates need to be at least 16 years of age before they appear for the PTE Academic test.

Yes you will be eligible for PTE ,as there is no specific eligibility related to academic qualification

Applicants should be minimum 16 years of age ,applicants below 18 years should submit a proof of parental concern
