Admissions to any colleges or universities are generally given based on your rank. Based on your overall percentile your rank could be between 95241 - 107065 approximately. It would be difficult for you to get into NIT's and IIT's for computer science engineering program.
However you could try second attempt in JEE and try to score better if you wish to get admission in good IITs and NIT's in cse course.
