i got 141 marks in jee mains 2022 what is the expected rank and percentile score for me (general category/male)?
Hey aspirant
Predicting percentile and rank according to mark is difficult as cut off varies year by year depending on level of exam, number of candidates appeared, number of seats available etc. Now coming to your mark, your shift and paper is more important to determine rank and percentile you scored. Now for the above mark you have a percentile within 95-97 . how much rank will i get in 60 percentile?
Dear aspirant!
Hope you are doing well ! In the June attempt of jee mains 2022 , nta announced that there were 7L29K students appeared ,and in the second attempt approx there were 6 lakh ( yet to be released) so we can take 8 lakh unique candidate . So at 60 percentile your expected rank will be around 3 lakh 20 to 40 thousand . This number can vary depend on total number of unique candidate . But it is confirmed that you will get 3 lakh + rank . Good luck .
Hope it helps you!
Thanks
if i get 83 in july 27 shift 1 2022 ...then can you guess my percentile?
Hello aspirant!
Hope you are doing well.
With this much marks, your rank should be in the range 90144 - 109329 and your percentile should be in the range 90.0448455 -91.79177119.
This prediction is only based on previous year trends and it may change from year to year based on various factors like the number of students appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, category of student, etc.
Hope this helps. All the very best!

hoe much percentile should I score in mains to qualify to write advance
Cut-off varies every and is different for different categories like OBC, GEN-EWS, SC ST. For the general category, it ranges between 87 to 92 percentile and above, and for once it is likely 68 to 80 percentile and above, rather for SC and ST one's percentile is enough for them to clear mains and qualify for advanced even in the low score in comparison to general and OBC
