Perception, learning, memory and forgetting
Hello aspirant,
It states that users perceive objects in an environment in a way that makes the object appear as simple as possible: they see the screen as a whole instead of a collection of components.
There are six individual principles commonly associated with gestalt theory: similarity, continuation, closure, proximity, figure/ground, and symmetry & order (also called prägnanz). There are also some additional, newer principles sometimes associated with gestalt, such as common fate. The vast topic of perception can be subdivided into visual perception, auditory perception, olfactory perception, haptic (touch) perception, and gustatory (taste) percep- tion.
Thankyou
Hello Candidate,
Perception refers to assume an image of the person or any object on the basis of its characteristic or traits visible in front of us, so that we can picturize the character of that particular person.
The types of perception are- visual, ejunction, assumptions, virtual, etc. A perception can have several errors such as- biased, stereotypes, unorthodox, fundamental attribution error, halo effect, self fulfilling prophecy, etc.
Hope that this information was helpful!!
Good luck.
