They both have almost the same ranking, and they both are decent colleges so no problems there, but you should try for even better colleges. From my knowledge, PESCE is the older institute and better recognised, so you should go for that, given the choice. PES is autonomous, so the general quality of the college is also nice. CSE should always be preferred over IT since it is a more wholesome course and companies tend to choose CS graduates over IT graduates mostly.
Among the colleges you have mentioned , NMAMIT would be the best one to go for. It has better faculty, placements, hostel & food facilities than the rest. The fees would also be lesser. The only thing you need to adjust to is its offbeat location.

- NMAM Institute Of Technology
- Christ University
- PES College Of Engineering Mandya
There is a great difference between PES Institute Of Technology Bangalore and PES Mandya, which you must be aware. NMAMIT stands top 1 in Mangalore. It has a good campus placement records and also known for beautiful campus and facilities. And Christ University is a Deemed University not affiliated to any other and itself has a name of the institution with good opportunities. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.

Sorry to say Nikhil you can't get any seat through this rank in PES college of Engineering because your rank is very low as per according to PES college previous year cutoff even you can't the lowest branch of PES college through these rank, so find out other option too.

I'm extremely sorry to inform you that the rank you have mentioned is too low and you won't be able to get admission in PES college of engineering as the minimum percentage required for general category students is 50% and for OBC/SC/ST it is 40%.
If you are from the general category then your rank should have been below 9000 to be eligible for admission into this college.
Do bot worry you can try for some other colleges. Work hard.
