As per your rank you can get a good college,and talking of PES madhya so in my opinion it would be a bit difficult to get CSE there but you can get other good branches if you want to go in the same college.

I think that Rajarajeshwari college is better than others because education is good there and faculties are well expereinced.it has also good equipments and very good infrastructure.it is also one of the reputed college.

you have very less chance of getting CSE with this rank still i would advice you to always give it atry because no one knows when luck favours.
