You need to get affidavit stating that your Father's name in the Adhaar Card is incorrect and mention the name that is to be considered. You can submit the affidavit at the time of document verification if you need to produce Photo Identity card. The documents that are required for Odisha NEET Counselling are enlisted below

• NEET UG 2021 Admit card

• NEET UG 2021 Score Card

• Mark sheet and passing certificate of class 10th & 12th

• Leaving certificate of college/school

• Certificate of domicile, if applicable

• Certificate of SC/ST which must be issued by competent authority, if applicable

• PH certificate, if applicable

If you sit for the engineering counselling and if you go for the verification of documents, then if they ask for the Aadhar Card as an Identity then they can ask you about this. You can say about your problem (the mistake in aadhar card) and its expected that you will not have to face any serious issues. But I would always recommend you to have the correction done because any mistakes must not be kept as it can cause problem in future. But for sure there will be not much of a problem due to this.

The course is for 2 years and the main subjects are Anatomy, Mental Health Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Nursing research, English, Psychology, Nutrition, Pathology, Genetics, Environmental Science, Microbiology, etc. If you still have doubts feel free to comment. I hope your are doing well. As you've mentioned that you have scored 379 marks in NEET examination. With this marks you could get a seat for BAMS in Aurangabad. BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery is basically an undergraduate degree program designed in such a way that it makes students familiar with the integrated concept of Modern Medical Science and Traditional Medicines, i.e. it is focussed on Ayurveda. The course is of 5 years and 6 months with the last 6 months being you're internship. There is only one college for BAMS in Aurangabad which is CSMSS Ayurved Mahavidyalaya.

Anyways you could try other colleges in Maharashtra like the following.

You need to complete your class 12th for admission in b.tech(bachelor's of technology). Some institutes can take you into b.tech but mostly the preference is class 12th with pcb (Physics, chemistry, maths) combination ., Then also you have to complete class 12th.
