UKSEE is a State Entrance Exam of Uttarakhand which is conducted by the Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU). After clearing this entrance exam you can get admission in first year BHMCT, B.Pharma & MCA degree courses

• Eligibility criteria

(i) Students those have Uttarakhand domicile certificate, but studied outside of the state are also eligible to apply.

(ii) Those who have passed qualifying examination from Uttarakhand Technical Board/ Universities

One of the main tasks of a pharmacist is to prescribe medications to patients. It is evident from this very fact that the course of B Pharm focuses on the study of biology, pharmaceutical chemistry (inorganic, physical and organic), biochemistry, medicines, physiology, pharmacology, dispensing etc.

In order to be eligible, one must pass with at least 50% marks in 10 + 2 (or an equivalent examination) with biology subject. D.Pharm(Diploma of Pharmacy) holders are eligible for admission into B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) after completing the degree D.Pharm.

The Bachelor of Pharmacy degree is popularly known as B-Pharm in India. It is a four-year program with both annual and semester schemes available. In order to be eligible, one must pass with at least 50% marks in 10 + 2 (or an equivalent examination) with biology or biotechnology as one of the subjects. A pharmacist can do a PharmD degree (which is the only pharmacist's degree in some countries and an optional degree in addition to BPharm in others) and be a doctor. However, if you are talking about if a pharmacist can become a physician or surgeon, then no. You need to go through med school for it.

You have the chances of getting into some very good colleges with B.Pharma branch.

If you can wait upto the last round , chances are you would be able to get JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY , KOLKATA , B.pharma branch.

Pharmacist technician has a better scope for girls too if you know and want to do it you can opt for that. And I don't think it is a bad choice after B.pharma you can also join any pharmaceutical company too.

From the past year pharmacy exam under wbjee is conducted based on paper 2 that means physics and chemistry combined . So you have to score well in only that paper that's all for you to get admission in pharmaceutical engineering courses in West Bengal .So best of luck prepare well and give the exam well.

For b.pharma entrance exam you need not to study that much of high or technical level . The first thing you need to do is to go for your state board exam text of both class 11th as well as class 12 th.

As you should know that generally the maximum questions in the paper are found to be directly from these  text books.
