I have completed bsc forensic science and i want to get admission for msc pharmacology and toxicology so please guide.

So with regard to your question, YES you are eligible to do the MSc course which is related to forensic pharmocology and toxicology. There won't be any issue, indeed these subjects add more value to your BSc course and you will be in better position after completing MSc.
