How many ques. will be there from class 12th physical chemistry in chemistry portion jee mains 2020 ?
Generally 55-60% questions out of total questions asked from 12th syllabus. You can take this figure same for chemistry..But keep in mind this figure can reverse because sometimes maximum portion is covered from 11th..In general you can take at least 40-45% will be asked from class 12th syllabus.Beacuse syllabus of 11th and 12th are equally important from MAINS EXAMINATION point of view..
Ask of any query.
what is mine by circular motion
Hi Student
When an object moves in a circle at a constant speed its velocity (which is a vector) is constantly changing. Its velocity is changing not because the magnitude of the velocity is changing but because its direction is. This constantly changing velocity means that the object is accelerating ( centripetal acceleration ). For this acceleration to happen there must be a resultant force, this force is called the centripetal force .

how can i download pdf of physical chemistry by ks verma cengage for iit jee please answer me and thank you
Hey there
I would recommend you to buy a hard copy it's a very good book and has explained everything in details of JEE advanced level. You will not find its PDF as it's of cengage publication which is a profit based organisation will not allow anyone to circulate its PDF.
Check about JEE advanced
Good luck
the ionization energy for excitated h atom in even is
Hello Raju, Greetings!
According to Bohr's atomic theory, the energy of an electron in the stationary states around a nucleus of charge Ze is defined by quantum number n, and is given by, E (n) = - ( 2 π² m e⁴ Z²/n² h² ) in esu.
For hydrogen Z =1, and E( n ) = - ( 2 π² m e⁴/n² h² ).
The ionization energy is the energy to remove the electron from the bound state. In the present case the electron is in an excited state. So depending on the excited state the electron is in, the ionization energy will be 3.4ev or less.
Thank you.
Hi Sir/Mam..Since it is now oficially declared that AIIMS JIPMER will be under NEET from 2020 onwards..Is it necessary to study NCERT Txt for physics and NCERT txtbook for Physical chemistry..Till now i was following my notes and doing MCQS ...plss tell me Sir/Mam whether i have to make any change ?
Dear Venu, NTA majorly asks questions from NCERT. But you need to be prepared so as not to be surprised in the examination hall. Class notes is good but you will need few more books:

is cengage jee for physical chemistry good for neet or aiims?
Cineage is by far,one of the best books for physical chemistry for it explains every topic in detailed manner that will clear your concept.
Having said that,it must be kept in mind that if is very vast if you compare it with the syllabus of NEET. For NEET,you should stick to NCERT or OP Tondon for Chemistry. However, for AIIMS it is fine.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
