which elective 5th subject I should take in class 11th -: a) psychology b) physical education c) food, nutrition & dietetics
Hey!
You can choose any of these elective subjects based on your interests which also may depend on if you would want to pursue any of these subjects in future or if any of these subjects are close to what you will pursue after 12th. For instance, if you would want to take any course in psychology, you may as well take psychology now to strengthen your core knowledge about the subject.

i dont have psychology in my 12th class . I am a PCM student alongside with English , physical education and computer science . can I still take psychology for further studies ??
Hello,
Yes, you can pursue Psychology even if you didn't had Psychology in your class XII education.
Graduation or getting a degree in psychology can be done through two different modes. Either you can pursue Bachelor of Science or BSc Psychology or as Bachelor of Arts or BA Psychology. BA Psychology is a 3-year full-time under-graduation program that includes the study of mind and behaviours.
Here are few points regarding eligibility for undergraduation in psychology -
• Candidates from all streams can pursue psychology courses.
• Candidates who have completed 10+2 from a recognized board of education are eligible with a prerequisite that they have scored at least 55% marks.
• Additional eligibility criteria may also be mentioned by a few colleges during admission.
• Merit-based admissions or admissions through entrance exams are decided by the specific colleges.
Few entrance examinations for admission in top colleges for graduation in psychology are as following-
• MET - Manipal Entrance Test
• BHU UGET - Banaras Hindu University Undergraduate Entrance Test
• DUET - Delhi University Entrance Test
• CUCET- Central Universities Common Entrance Test
------Undergraduate subjects

Please! Kya aap bata sakte ho ki combined marksheet kaise milti hai nios ki? Agar mere cbse 12th mein 5 subjects the(i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English & Physical education)... Aur ab mai chahta hu ki usmein as an optional 2 subjects aur add karu (i.e. Mathematics & Economics). Please Guide!!
Hello Ayush,
According to the instructions, one can only combine marksheets for CBSE boards subjects only.
You can follow the instructions below for getting a combined marksheet for CBSE
Students must go to the university website and apply for the consolidated marksheet there. Alternatively, they might go directly to the university and apply. Students who want to obtain their consolidated marksheet from the university must present a copy of their admit card as well as verification of their college ID.
You cannot combine marksheet for NIOS and CBSE subjects.
Hope that answers your question
