See if you go for the BSc in Computer Application, the course will be a more job oriented and practical oriented course. So if you wish to go for the jobs after your BSc course in different IT companies, then this course will be a good choice. Now if you wish to go for the Physical Science, then you have to at least complete the course of MSc in order to get a good, respectable job. With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that you cna pursue Msc in Physics from any iit or from any other institute only after the completion of your bsc course in physical science with industrial chemistry from Du.

further, msc physics is a very detailed and wide subject or course, so that's why theer are physics in 4 semester and in bsc there are 3 semester physics.  So, if you wish to join msc physics, you cna do so, after completion of your bsc in Physical science in Du.
