The eligibility criteria for those working in the State / Central Government services (as a Physician Assistant in your case) to appear in MRB i.e. MEDICAL SERVICES RECRUITMENT BOARD exam is :-
-For 'Others' (Unreserved Category) : If a time period of five years has not elapsed since your first appointment to a Central or State Govt, service, then YES, you can apply.
-For SC/ST/MBC/BCM/BC(M) : There are no such restrictions for the applicants
belonging to these categories.

Uploading of Photograph: Instructions
Must be postcard size picture in a white background with the Name of the candidate and date written on the photograph. The Size must be 10 Kb to 100 Kb and format should be JPG.
Uploading of Signature: Instructions
Candidates must sign with a black pen on a white background in JPG format with a file size of 3 Kb to 20 Kb
Payment:
It is Rs. 1400 for General/OBC and Rs. 700 for SC/ST/PWD/TransGender and the Payments can be made through Debit/Credit Cards or Net banking OR offline through SBI Echallan to be paid in cash in the nearest SBI branch.

MD is a post graduate degree in medical field you have to first pursue MBBS to enroll in MD course,
You can choose other options or fields in MSc after completing your MSc and can go for PHd in some other field,which you find interesting but for MD you have to earn a MBBS degree with 1 year compulsory internship.
